La Fondazione Prada est excentrée à Milan donc quand l’AR est rapide, il est facile de la zapper. Surtout quand on l’a déjà visitée. Néanmoins, l’expo temporaire autour du film de Wes Anderson, Asteroid City me faisait de l’œil !
L’univers d’un film et d’un réalisateur
Dans un des bâtiment de la Fondazione, Wes Anderson a mis en scène des décors et des costumes de son dreamier film. L’ensemble se visite très vite mais c’est assez génial de plonger ainsi dans le behind the scenes et l’univers d’un film. On a peu l’habitude de voir cela. Et Wes Anderson oblige, la visite se continue au Bar Luce de la Fondazione (bar permanent auquel il est préférable de réserver si vous souhaitez y déjeuner) pour un thé et une gourmandise italiennne calorique comme il se doit !
Paraventi
Actuellement l’autre expo temporaire de la Fondazione Prada se nomme Paraventi et, comme son nom l’indique, se compose de paravents antiques ou contemporains savamment illustrés. Ma préférence allant à celui de David Hockney !

The Fondazione Prada is off the beaten track in Milan, so when AR is fast, it’s easy to skip. Especially if you’ve already visited it. Nevertheless, the temporary exhibition based on Wes Anderson’s film Asteroid City caught my eye!
The world of a film and a director
In one of the Fondazione’s buildings, Wes Anderson has staged sets and costumes from his dreamier film. The whole thing can be visited very quickly, but it’s great to be able to delve into the behind-the-scenes world of a film. It’s something we’re not used to seeing. And, as Wes Anderson obliges, the visit continues at the Fondazione’s Bar Luce (a permanent bar which you’d do well to reserve if you want to have lunch) for a cup of tea and a calorific Italian delicacy as it should be!
Paraventi
The Fondazione Prada’s other current temporary exhibition is called Paraventi and, as the name suggests, consists of skilfully illustrated antique and contemporary screens. My personal favorite is the one by David Hockney!
